Weekend stays
Our policy is that we offer a three-night minimum stay in high season (March – October) and a two-night minimum stay in low season (November – February).
We offer either a Friday to Monday weekend (£450 or £299) or a Monday to Friday midweek stay (£495 or £399). The cottage is also available to rent for a full week with check in/out days being either a Friday or a Monday. The price is for the entire cottage and garden regardless of the number of guests. The cottage can accommodate up to 4 guests.
Week Lets
Why not relax and enjoy a sightly longer beach holiday – it will give you the chance to unwind. The cottage is available to rent for a week or longer so please let us know your requests. Unfortunately due to our short term let licence we cannot accommodate you for longer than 28 nights.
Prices for a weeklong stay start from £650 in low season to £890 in high season. Please contact us directly for a price.
What is included in my stay?
Check – in: Normally you can check in from 3pm onwards and we kindly ask that you vacate the property by 10am on the day you check out to give us enough time to prepare it for another guest. We will try to be flexible to accommodate any special requests where possible. We are normally there to greet our guests, but for those wishing to arrive slightly later we have a key safe at the property.
Pets: We are sorry but we don’t allow any pets to stay. We made the decision to become Allergy Safe as we use the cottage regularly ourselves as a family, clean the cottage and have allergies. We hope you understand.
Cleaning: Please be rest assured that we will do our upmost to ensure that the cottage is cleaned and sanitised to a high standard before your stay. We will also leave you cleaning products in the cottage and new cleaning cloths and sponges to use too as well as anti-bac wipes. We are following the recommended guidelines for sanitising self-catering units. We will also replace your towels and tea towels if you stay for more than 1 week.
Linen: We provide all bedding, additional throws, bath towels, a bathmat, bathroom hand towels and tea towels for the kitchen which are washed at a very high temperature. If you would prefer to bring your own, please let us know and we will remove these from the cottage.
Kitchen: The kitchen is equipped for cooking and there will be tea, coffee, sugar, oil, salt and pepper for your stay. We will also provide you with fairy liquid, cleaning cloths, kitchen roll, etc to make life easy.
Additions: The cottage is fully equipped with everything you would usually need for a short stay, but we please feel free to ask or make requests or suggestions. If you are coming to surprise your partner or it’s a special occasion do let me know. We keep rose petals and fairy lights etc as well as birthday bunting. (I’m currently trying to learn how to fold a towel into a swan…I will keep you updated on my progress!)
