By contacting us through this website, you are allowing us to contact you via your email address and store your personal information. This personal information may contain the name of the guests, your home address and telephone number as well as other information you may give us about special requirements. If you do book a break to stay with us we will require your details.

How we use your information

We hold your information because you are staying in our property. The information is used by us to administer your booking. We do not operate a card payment system and all transfers of monies for payment are done directly by bank transfer which is more secure.

We will never ever pass on your details to a third party.

If you have stayed with us, we like to keep in contact with you by way of a newsletter usually twice a year which is sent via your email address. It has general updates on the local area, our wee cottage and offers that may be of interest to you in the future.

Your rights

At any point you may contact us and ask us what details we store on you and we can send you copies of that data. You may also request that we remove your details entirely.
